Siddhartha’s destination of enlightenment was reached sitting under a fig tree, now known as “The Bodhi Tree”

Before “The Buddha” was “The Buddha” he was known as Siddhartha Gautama, a Prince turned ascetic on a journey to enlightenment.

In today’s visualization we will imagine ourselves as Siddhartha Gautama sitting under the Bodhi Tree and becoming enlightened.

Immediately after the visualization we will flow into a 5 minute meditation

Meditation #116 – The Woodbury

What’s up Fitness Peeps!

Today’s episode is a special meditation that I created for the Woodbury Meditation and Mindfulness Group in Woodbury, MN

In this episode there’s a moment for breathing and gratitude.  

Then there’s a relaxation technique that flows into a visualization followed by 20 minutes of meditation using a new meditation soundtrack that contains an isochronic tone.
