What’s up Fitness Peeps!

Thanks for checking out my podcast.

If you’re already familiar with this podcast, the practice starts at 1:13

In today’s episode there’s a moment for gratitude, an inspiration from the “Iceman” Wim Hof, an “Ice bath” visualization and then 5 minutes of meditation.

Here are Wim Hof’s words of wisdom:

When you realize there are no limits to your mind, you can change

You can check out Wim Hof here: https://www.wimhofmethod.com/

If you’d like to listen to another Wim Hof meditation check out Episode #13

If you’re saying to yourself, “What the heck is this podcast all about?”, here’s the quick version.  I’m into health and fitness and so are a lot of my friends. I’m also into meditation, but most of my fitness friends aren’t, because they don’t know how to do it, or, they think it’s too hard.  Because of that, I put together a quick and easy meditation practice that can be done in approximately 10 minutes and it includes: a moment for gratitude, an inspiration, a visualization and 5 minutes of meditation using a soundtrack that contains a binaural beat or an isochronic tone.  I’ve made it super easy for you and my fitness friends to start meditating. YOU’RE WELCOME! 🙂

By the way, I recommend that you use headphones while you listen to these meditations and NEVER LISTEN WHILE YOU’RE DRIVING

Special Episode #4 – Muscle Growth Visualization

What’s up Fitness Peeps!

Thanks for checking out my podcast.

Today’s episode is a SPECIAL EPISODE that contains a MUSCLE GROWTH VISUALIZATION

By the way, while I do 100% believe that visualizations are effective in helping you create the results you want…. THIS IS NOT A, “DO NOTHING AND GET BIG MUSCLES” GIMMICK…  Muscle growth has many factors including, education, gym time and proper eating, so if you think that just listening to this podcast is going to turn you into a fitness model overnight, YOU’RE WRONG!

IN MY OPINION… health, fitness, weight loss and muscle growth all BEGIN WITH YOUR MINDSET, yet that aspect is RARELY addressed even though scientific studies have shown it to be highly effective.

This visualization is an added tool in your arsenal; take advantage of it.

It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s all natural.

In this episode I created a muscle growth visualization that can be used at anytime, but right before you go to bed would be a great time to program this into your brain.

NEVER DO MEDITATIONS OR VISUALIZATIONS WHEN YOU’RE DRIVING

Feel free to listen to the track fully, but if you want to get right to the start of the exercise, you can skip ahead to the 1:11 mark.

If you like the episode, please share it with a friend or family member.

As always, THANKS FOR LISTENING!

Meditation #103 – With Inspiration from the poet Rumi

What’s up Fitness Peeps!

Thanks for checking out my podcast.

If you’re already familiar with this podcast, the practice starts at 1:13

In today’s episode there’s a moment for gratitude, an inspiration from the poet Rumi, a “Union with The Field” visualization and then 5 minutes of meditation.

Here are Rumi’s words of wisdom:

Not Christian or Jew or Muslim, not Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi or Zen.  Not any religion or cultural system. I am not of the West, nor from the East.  Not out of the ocean or up from the ground. Not natural or ethereal, not composed of elements at all.  I do not exist, am not an entity in this world or the next. Did not ascend from Adam or Eve or any origin story.  My place is placeless, a trace of traceless.
