I’m also into meditation, but most of my fitness friends aren’t, because they don’t know how to do it, or, they think it’s too hard.  Because of that, I put together a quick and easy meditation practice that can be done in approximately 10 minutes. I’ve made it super easy for you and my fitness friends to start meditating. YOU’RE WELCOME! 🙂
